Operational Excellence

From the outset Sentrum’s Operational Team has sought to develop and maintain best practice processes throughout every aspect of all of Sentrum’s data centres.

This has been achieved utilising an in-house team that has a broad range of building services experience from either the data centre sector or similar business critical environments.

The operation and on-going management of mission-critical environments presents a myriad of challenges. However, Sentrum facilities present the unique additional dynamic of ensuring that all operational processes are able to support the bespoke solutions provided to each client.  Effectively there is therefore no company “blueprint”; instead multiple schemes are designed and supported.

In order to achieve this, the team has deployed robust operating procedures to ensure that the entire team is fully trained and conversant with all systems.
