Sentrum Rugby has been specifically developed for a leading global provider of business continuity and disaster recovery services.

The 50,000 sq ft facility, operating across two floors, provides space for 450 disaster recovery desks and 5,000 sq ft of technical space as well as plant rooms, warehousing and offices.

The ground floor of the site hosts all of the shared facilities whilst the first floor benefits from 450 disaster recovery desk positions. Divided across several suites that have been designed to accommodate between 20 and 100 desks, rooms can be allocated to separate customers if required. There are also three substantial meeting rooms, additional break out areas and a privately accessed server room ensuring maximum security.

The site was constructed through Sentrum’s ‘Fastrack Design and Build’ process which allows 12 weeks to construct and fit the disaster recovery centre. The data centre element was also constructed alongside the disaster recovery centre.
