Halls 1 – 9 on the first floor are complete and operational, with 24×7 support from Sentrum’s on-site operations team.
Hall 10: Phase 2 for an existing client is being commissioned with final handover due August 2011.
On the second floor, the construction of the first hall (Hall 11) of 10,000 sq ft with a lid over to provide a ‘box in box’ solution has been completed.
Hall 11: The mechanical and electrical fitout has commenced with completion due 21st August 2011.
Hall 11: Will be fitted out using the Sentrum Scalable solution utilising optimised free cooling chillers.
Hall 12: Work has commenced on a second hall on the second floor with client early access due July 2011 and completion August 2011.
All projects are on programme and progressing well.
Halls 1 – 7 are complete and operational, with 24×7 support from Sentrum’s on-site operations team.
Hall 8: Complete and handed over. Client installation is underway.
Hall 9: Final testing and commissioning is progressing well. Hand over due 10th August 2010.
The bomb-proof gatehouse is complete and operational. The scanner has been installed and is available to Sentrum’s security team.
The vehicle lock, concrete wall and fencing are complete. Final commissioning and controls are complete. The vehicle lock is now being operated by the security team.
The front car park has been completed with parking available for 80 vehicles. External lighting has also been completed.
Energy Centre 3 will be delivered to site in late November 2010 for connection to the 132KV substation.
Site construction, now managed by Sentrum Construction Management, continues to progress well and is on programme.

Hall 5: Construction is 80% complete with Practical Completion due 5th January 2010.
Hall 6: Construction is 70% complete with the main items of plant on site. Commissioning will commence early December with client access 21st December 2009. Practical Completion is due 19th January 2010.
Hall 7: Construction is 50% complete with the main items of plant due mid November 2009. Commissioning will commence January 2010. Practical Completion is due 23rd February 2010.
EDF have taken possession of the primary substation and have commenced fit out of the internal switch room with all major plant in place and works are well underway.
The off-site 9km 132KV cable route is now fully ducted and the cables are installed with one final joint remaining. (This is well ahead of programme and has been cited as a best practice case study by the NJUG.)
The 132kv/11kv transformers have been delivered to site and are located in position.
The off-site grid works are on programme and progressing well.
A further 20,000 sq ft of new business has been signed.

Hall 2: the data cable installation is complete with client racks installed.
Hall 3: the rack installation is complete with live equipment installed in the HD racks. Interconnect cabling is substantially complete.
Hall 4: The data cabling is complete with live racks in operation.
The site perimeter security is now complete and operational.
The Sentrum security room is now complete and fully operational.
The primary substation is substantially complete with the switchroom building complete and ready for EDF to take possession of the site from Monday 21st September 2009.
The new acoustic fence, to attenuate noise output from the generators, is complete.
Construction of three new client data halls has commenced with client access targeted for December 2009.
A further 28,000 sq ft of new business has been signed.

Hall 2: the data cable installation is well advanced.
Hall 3: the client has completed their rack installation for the first half of the hall and have moved into their new offices.
Hall 4: was handed over, on programme, on 06/07/09. The overhead interconnect data cabling is now fully underway.
The high security entrance gate and turnstile are now installed, with the perimeter security due to be completed by the end of July 2009.
Construction of the primary substation is on programme with the concrete basements and structure completed ready for the installation of the transformers. The steel frame is completed ready for the construction of the new building.
The new acoustic fence, to attenuate noise output from the generators, is nearing completion.
The new security desk and screen support system has been installed in the Security Room.
New furniture has been installed in the breakout area.

Hall 2: was completed and handed over on 23/05/09. The client are now located in their own offices and managing their own rack installation.
Hall 3: was completed and handed over on 01/06/09.
Hall 4: is being commissioned with handover due on 06/07/09. All major plant is in position, awaiting final connection of services.
The Bristorm vehicle arrest system is now complete to the east boundary of the site.
Construction of the HV substation is well underway with completion due in August 2009. The installation of the main HV routes to the site are substantially complete with 60/80MVA power due to site in Q1 2010. The EDF dig to the site is going well and on programme.
Sentrum Operations and Security teams continue to operate the site 24/7, with BMS for the first three halls now operational.
Hall 5: is ready to commence construction on a fast track programme with completion due prior to Christmas 2009.

The Chiller roof well is now complete with chillers and pipework complete for the first three halls.
