In order to achieve this, robust operating processes have been deployed to ensure that the entire team is fully trained and conversant with all systems. Procedures are designed to meet or exceed International Quality Standards including Information Security Management Systems, Environmental Waste and Quality Management Systems.
Uniquely within the industry, Sentrum’s operations teams consists of over 100 directly employed engineers, managers, support staff and SIA accredited security guards and incorporates a number of dedicated teams including:

Facilities Management
Sentrum’s Facilities Management is committed to operational excellence and comprises of a team with a broad range of building services experience from the data centre sector or similar business critical environments.
Sentrum’s data centre facilities management services are provided on a 24x7 basis both across its own facilities and, in some cases, within client owned data centres. These services include:
- Maintenance & monitoring of all Building Management Systems (BMS)
- Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) programmes
- Inspection, monitoring and on-going maintenance of all plant and infrastructure equipment
- Maintenance of common areas including Meet Me Rooms
Sentrum Security Services
Over 50 SIA accredited security guards are responsible for managing Sentrum’s exacting security procedures including co-coordinating access and deliveries. In addition, Sentrum Security Services can undertake Security Audits and Operational Reviews.
Sentrum Group Energy
Sentrum has a dedicated Group Energy Team with the aim of negotiating best prices with mains power and diesel fuel providers for all Sentrum’s customers. Additionally Group Energy offers customers energy saving advice with aim of reducing operational costs.
Sentrum Installation Services (SIS)
Sentrum Installation Services offers customers an efficient means of planning, co-coordinating and delivering additions / modifications to their data suites and ancillary dedicated areas.
Sentrum Helpdesk & Administration Services
Sentrum Helpdesk & Administration Services operates an Online Customer Helpdesk which enables customers to efficiently submit, monitor and record any requests, or queries.
